Onward Engineering is currently looking for a seasoned design division manager who is capable of handling all aspects of design projects.  Assigned duties will include:

• Proposal preparation & presentation
• Client & project coordination
• Project design
• Design project management
• All other applicable design management duties for public works design projects

Interested individuals must have, at a minimum:

• 8-10 years of hands on project management experience in a similar capacity 
• PE certification is not required, but preferred 
• Understanding of all key public works design principles. 
• Proficient knowledge of ACAD Organization/Management
• Proficient knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D (preferred) or LDD (ability to pick up C3D).
