Hanna has over 40 years of experience in building, structural, and architectural plan check services.  Hanna plan checks development projects and reviews and comments on: tentative tract maps; offsite and onsite street improvement plans; rough and precise grading plans; geological report; erosion control plans; hydrology and hydraulic study report; onsite and off-site storm drain plans; and sewer line improvement plans.  Hanna has extensive knowledge of building construction, plumbing and mechanical and electrical systems. Interprets building plans, sketches, specifications and drawings. He has excellent interpersonal skills, works calmly in stressful situations and handles difficult people with tact and diplomacy and dignity.

Hanna maintains communication with the general public by handling complaints, directing and instructing the public and contractors on procedures and processes and assisting with problem solving. He Inspects structures and facilities for compliance by applying regulation and mandates to projects, detecting code non-compliance, directing owners, contracts and developers toward compliance and maintaining permanent records, reports and inspection compliance notifications.
