Joe harnesses over 25 years of inspection experience in the public works industry. Joe performs detailed inspections of construction, public works and infrastructure construction and maintenance projects.  Joe ensures the integration of plans, details and specifications for contract compliance on all projects and prepares detailed daily inspection reports.  Joe is also excellent at negotiating change order requests by the contractor and performs engineering assignments in construction inspection, technical analysis, and maintenance scheduling and inspection.
