Construction Manager/Inspector

Victor has over 28 years of experience in construction/project management, construction inspection and civil engineering industry.  He has worked on various types of projects that include public works projects(CIP), QSR, commercial and residential projects, making him a versatile candidate for all of our clients.  Having both the Construction and Design mindset, Victor is able to most efficiently handle construction projects by handling both the Construction Management as well as the Inspection duties at once, thereby saving our clients time and money.

Victor's duties at Onward Engineering include maintaining Daily Construction reports of men and equipment on site each day and hours worked, measuring, calculating and recording all quantities of items removed from or incorporated into the work, and documenting the work through photographs while performing daily inspection for compliance with plans and specs for each project. Duties would also include the construction management and documentation of all contract documents as well as project coordination and client coordination throughout the duration of the project.  Victor also personally handles all RFI and Change Order Requests due to his understanding of the design industry.  Finally, Victor also provides inspection of traffic control and the safety of the public and workers on site.
